We were in the premium area of this park. Has very large paved sites. The regular area has gravel. Okay, but premium is worth the upgrade. Great fenced grass area as a dog run. Pool and hot tub very nice. The owners were extremely nice and accommodating. This is the best park we have been in, in the Moab area. Will definitely come again.

This park is clean. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds are nicely landscaped with many animal statues. There is a nice grass area behind the park with a creek flowing through. Not much in amenities. Wi-Fi worked great. Many cable stations and open skies for satellite reception. There is a dog park about a 1/4 mile up the street. Fenced areas to run dog off leash. Nice in town RV park. Definitely will stay here next time we come to Walla Walla.

This is a decent park. All gravel sites. Many are nice long pull-throughs. The office staff (owners) were very nice. Told us available sites and allowed us to choose which one we liked best. Wi-Fi worked well. Not much in amenities. No pool or exercise facility. They do have a basketball court and a large grass area. They were constantly watering the grass to keep it nice. Convenient for Capitol Reef National Park. A good stopover for a night or a few nights.

Great park. Very large sites. Wi-Fi worked well. Very friendly and helpful staff. They escort you to your site, they point out the hookups and make sure they are reachable. Friendly towards pets (they expect you to pick up after them). Will always try to stay here on the way through Idaho on our way to Salt Lake City.

This was a highly recommended park and we were not disappointed. The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful. The sites are well done. Paved and long. We had a river view site and the view was wonderful. The dog area is nice and there is lots of area to run the dogs in the outskirts of the park. We found the free Wi-Fi to work very well. My only disappointment was that the small pool was cold. The daytime temperature was in the 90's but couldn't (wouldn't) use the pool. Also a lot of flies were floating in the pool, so not too appealing. No hot-tub and no work out facilities. Would not hesitate to return to this park when we go through Redding and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends.

This park is great for being in the city. The location was very convenient for us. Close to the 101 Freeway not far from the SJ airport. The park is very clean. Not much activity the weekend we were here. The pool looked great, but a sign indicated it was closed. The wi-fi worked very good and at no charge. Since this is mostly for monthly and annual renters there is no cable tv. Was not a problem for us as we have satellite dish. This park is very quiet. Didn't see many folks here but the ones I encountered were very friendly. The manager was nice, although never met him except by phone. He was away for the weekend -- he just left an envelope with our info taped to the office window. There are not many spots for overnighters. In fact they will not take reservations more than a month in advance in case they get long term customers which is understandable. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

This park is tight for big rigs. We had to back out of the pull through to leave as we could not pull forward and make the turn onto the narrow interior road. The park has gravel sites with much gravel spewing onto the roads. The wi-fi was not operating. Was first told that they had nothing to do with wi-fi and the independent company charges $10 per day. I came back to get the service phone number and was told they had equipment problems and don't expect it to be fixed for three weeks. We drove to the internet cafe up the street to download our email. The office person was very unhelpful. When the manager was there he (the manager) was better. Apparently it was the worker's last day and she had an attitude. I mentioned it to the manager and he just kind of smiled. This place is okay for an overnight or two. It is about a quarter of a mile to the beach. Fairly noisy due to road construction all night, but I am sure that is temporary. Has only 30 amp service, but due to the mild climate only needed to run one air conditioner. I condsider this just a below average park, but considering Pismo Coast Village had no spots for big rigs the week we were there, it served us fine.

This is a nice park a couple of miles off I-84. The check in staff was very nice and helpful. Pointed us to some good restaurants and things to do in the area. Sites are a bit tight (narrow) but acceptable for a couple of nights stay. Grass, playground, pool, jacuzzi all added to the pleasure of this place. Wi-FI worked well, even in the back part of the park where we were. Was a $2.00 charge per day. Trees blocked satellite but cable had plenty of stations to watch.

The park itself is decent, clean, grass between sights and a nice store. However it really had no amenities. An RV guest could use the facilities at the Casino Hotel, such as pool, workout room, Wi-Fi etc. but you had to drive a ways of wait for the security van to take you there. The sites were not very level. One wheel of the coach came up off the ground when trying to level. The location is hard to find the first time in, but very convenient to St. Louis. Just hop on the bridge across the river and you are at the arch or downtown in a couple of minutes. We were told by the RV office personnel that the food at the Casino was good. We found it poor and pretty dear for a Casino buffet.

This park is located very close to the beach. They have some paved sites and some gravel/sandy sites. We had reservations for a paved deluxe site, but unfortunately it was too small for our coach. We then were given a gravel site with full hookups which was fine. Unfortunately the 50 amp service worked for a while, then lost one leg, so were down to 30 amp service. I hooked up to another nearby power source and had 50 amps for a while then lost the other leg. (I had never had just leg 2 before.) Wasn't long and my batteries began to deplete, so I plugged back in to the first power source and got by just fine for the night. The scary thing is that the wiring is bad and it could easily have been the neutral that was bad and pushed 240 volts thru my coach and ruined all the electrical. If you stay at this park, please make sure and have a surge guard or equivalent. It was nice being close to the beach. Since the park was not full it was just fine. If it were full, it would have been awfully tight given the small sites. I consider this a pricey park, given the lack of amenities, but it's proximately to the Gulf and lack of other RV Parks allow them to demand the fees they do.

This park is very adequate for an overnight stay between St. Louis and Denver. They have large pull through sites. Full hookups and 50 amps. The sites were level. Picnic tables were at each site, but on the wrong side of the coach (since coaches are parked two abreast in opposite directions.) We used Passport America and for the price the park was just fine. Office person (owner, I believe) was very pleasant and helpful.

Very nice park. We were in the pull through area with 50 amp service. Sites were paved. Very wide and great for a big rig with 4 slides. Did not have to unhook the toad as there was plenty of space to park and to enter and leave the site. The pool was great. The "exercise room" left a lot to be desired. All equipment was outside and pretty basic, old and inexpensive equipment. Overall this was a nice park and would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here one night and used Passport America. Nice office staff. Sites were gravel and pretty level. Pull throughs, so did not have to unhook the toad. They did have an indoor pool, the only amenity. Cable worked well. This is a decent park, near the city. Nothing special, but was clean and convenient.

This is an excellent park. The registration folks were very nice and very helpful. The site was not real wide but plenty long for a 45 foot motorhome. There was a gravel spot next to the pad to park our toad. The grass between sites was not very nice. The pool was outstanding as was the spa. The workout room left something to be desired. The equipment was old and cheap, some broken. Showers near the pool were very clean. They have a lot of rules and they must be followed. This is good, as it keeps the place a pleasant place to stay. Location is convenient to Sea World and close to a freeway that leads into the Downtown area. WiFi (for a fee) worked well, and they do allow you to wash your rig.

We were there on Memorial Day Weekend. Place was not very busy. (Off season.) The sites are gravel as are the roads. Office folks were nice. They accomodated our needs (big rig sites, 50 amps and three near each other.) When the wind picked up, it was a bit dusty as would be expected in a gravel park. WiFi only worked near the hotel. After checking the other rv parks in the area, this was the best.

This park has many permanent homes and many RV sites. It is huge. The office staff was helpful. A ranger leads you to your site and helps you back in. All sites are gravel with a concrete pad. WIFI is available for a fee, and had a very strong signal. Golf course was closed due to overseeding time of year. No grass near sites and no picnic tables at the sites. Very pet friendly. A number of pools, spas, boche ball courts, horseshoes. Activity center has about 4 people working in there, so there would never be a shortage of things to do for the longer staying resident.

This is a great park. The office folks are very helpful. The sites are long, but not real wide. Only thing I would add is a picnic table at the site. Nice spa, good continental breakfast every morning, included. Also wireless was included and had a very strong connection at the RV site. All sites were small gravel. Raked after each coach leaves. They take very good care of this facility and it shows.

Stayed one night. Sites are tight. They are having problems with water in some sites. We had a big rig and they put us horizontal along the fence. Site only had 30 amp. No cable, no water, no sewer. (I knew this when I called in for availability.) Owners were very nice. Helped me fill up with water before getting to site. Lead me to site. They had a dump we could use. The roads and sites are gravel. Very dusty as there seemed to be a lot a "traffic" in the park (company ATV and guests coming and going.) This is okay for a night or two if in the area.

Spacious sites. Grass in between sites. Gravel roads and sites. Nice and helpful office staff. Need reservations as it fills up in the summer.

We have been coming to this park for over 25 years. All grass except the pads and roads. Very nice place. Lots of space around sites. Most sites are not too long. A 40 foot motorhome will fit in some sites. A 45 in very few. WiFi is good only near the office, but there is a table to sit at and grab emails etc. The swimming area has gone downhill due to lack of maintenance, but still acceptable. Across the street is a grocery store and many good restaurants nearby, a marina, water slides, wineries etc. For summertime, must have reservations as the park is very popular.

Nice park. Very treed. Some sites could receive sat. TV. Office people/owners were very accommodating. They had an ice cream social the night we were there. Sites were wide and big rig sites available. Good place to spend a few nights.

Very nice park. We did not have a reservation and were lucky to get a site to accomodate our motorhome. Were told they have sold out already four night this year and it is only mid-June. The gentleman in the office was very helpful. Got us a site where our sat dish would site the bird in the sky and we could get wi-fi, which worked very well. I would definitely recommend this place, but would certainly make a reservation.

This is a well maintained park with a few big rig sites. Forty foot rigs will fit, no problem. Our 45 footer fits in just a few sites. Must reserve in advance or may not get a site. The location is convenient, but a less desirable location. There has been a lot of construction in the area due to the light rail coming down the street. They are building a light rail station near the entrance. My guess is the park's life is limited, since the property may be very valuable for other uses. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They rake the gravel every day and make sure none is on the pavement. The pool is clean. Overall very well maintained park. Wifi works well if you are near the office. Those sites along the back wall don't receive wifi or barely can receive it. We like this place and found it is the best in the area. There is a park across the street, but we would not stay there.
